Great news southsiders- a new driver’s license office is headed your way at 3433 S. Campbell just south of Walnut Lawn.

Authorities say the new office will be open on October 8, 2025, and will be maintained by the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.

The Breast Cancer Foundation is not new in the licensing business.  The BFCO currently operates offices in Nixa, Ozark and Republic.

Currently there are only 2 license offices in the Springfield city limits.  If you need to title your car, obtain a license or pay fees, you can only do that at the Park Central Square branch location or the License office on South Glenstone.  Both places usually have long wait times.
