Tonight is the Planet Parade!
What is a planet parade? It’s a celestial event that doesn’t happen very often! Tonight six planets will line up across the sky
Jupiter, Mercury, Uranus, Mars, Neptune and Saturn will line up and create the “parade.”
Weather permitting, this is what you will be able to see. Mars and Saturn will be visible while Mercury and Jupiter will too low in the sky at sunrise to view. Uranus will be hard to spot and Neptune requires a telescope to view.
At the end of the month, June 29, 2024, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and a three-quarter moon will be visible.
