It’s that time of year! Sneezing Season!

Allergies are hitting the Ozarks hard right now.

Do you have these symptoms? Runny nose, maybe congestion, a lot of sneezing, or even itchy and watery eyes?

Chances are it’s allergies.

Pollen is beginning to show up on cars,  BBQ Grills, lawn furniture, and could be on you!

How can you relieve some of your allergy symptoms?  For temporary relief try over-the-counter nasal sprays, antihistamines, or doctor prescribed medication should help.

Inside your home, dust and vacuum more often. Keep windows closed, use air-conditioning with clean filters.

Other ways to avoid the pollen is to change the sheets on your bed more often and take showers before you go to bed to eliminate the pollen on your body.

The good news is, allergy season will be over with the first frost in the fall.
