Do you have this pool in your backyard? Pools from Bestway, Intex, and Polygroup has issued a recall for certain above-ground pools that are 48 inches or taller. Reason? A possible drowning hazard.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, nine deaths have been reported due to these pools including one in Missouri.

The problem on the pool is the compression strap that surrounds the outside of the pool legs. The strap could be used as a foothold which will allow small children to access the pool, possibly causing a drowning.

The pools have been sold at Walmart, Target, Sears, Lowe’s, Kmart, The Home Depot, Big Lots, and Costco, as well as online at Amazon.com , Wayfair.com and Bestway USA.
