Bats!  You may be seeing the flying critters quite a lot lately. Bats are the only mammals that are capable of flight, and now that hibernation in the Ozarks is now over, they are looking for food.

Bugs are a big draw for the hungry bats so they can now be seen as they feed and drink.

Look for bats in dark places, caves, home attics, old dead trees and in small cracks and crevices in buildings.

Bats can be noisy and cause problems for homes owners and businesses if left unattended. Bats are protected and can not be killed.
