Great news if you bought Breyers Natural Vanilla ice cream ! If you purchased the ice cream between April 21, 2016 to August 14 2024, you may be eligible for part of the $8.85 Million dollar settlement.

In a class action settlement, plaintiffs allege the labeling of Breyers Natural Vanilla ice cream gave them the impression that the ice cream contained vanilla flavor derived only from the vanilla plant and not from non-vanilla plant sources.

The plaintiffs say the ice cream contained non-vanilla plant vanilla flavors, but Breyers denies the allegations.

Those who do submit a claim are eligible for a cash payment of $1 per product with proof of purchase with no limit.

If you do not have proof of purchase, you can receive $1.00 for each product, with a maximum of eight products.
