Wait. What? A butter shortage?

The Wall Street Journal reports butter prices were up 24.6% year over year in August.

The butter shortage is caused by labor shortages and a decline in milk production.

Good news?  You can freeze butter and it doesn’t effect the taste or texture.

If you can find butter at a cheaper price- load up and put in the freezer, so you have it when you need it!
