The cost to a renew a Missouri driver’s license has gone up!

A new Missouri law will raise the fees. The cost for a six-year license renewal is going up from $39 to $45, a $6 increase due to the processing fee increasing from $12 to $18 dollars.

The fee increase will help with operating costs.

The good news, more full-time  staff will be hired and less wait time for consumers.

A new DMV will open in Springfield just off Campbell in October.
