Meat Recall!

Restaurant owners, stores, and establishments heads up!

Authorities say BrucePac, a company out of Oklahoma, produced products which are shipped throughout the U.S.,  may be tainted with Listeria.  The USDA said the products carry the establishment number 51205 or P-51205

If your restaurant or establishment carries these products you are asked not to serve them to patrons.

During a product testing, the USDA found listeria to be detected in the ready-to-eat BrucePac chicken.

Possible listeria infection symptoms are fever, muscle aches, headache, stiff neck, confusion loss of balance and convulsions which may or maynot include gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea.

If you have any of these symptoms after eating the recalled products, contact your health care provider immediately.
