Warmer weather is bringing out the road crews!

Pothole patchers, road workers, and bridge crews  will be resurfacing, patching and reconstructing area roads.

MoDot wants to remind you to be aware of construction zone speed limits and to slow down when workers are present.

Last year 23 people died in crashes inside of work zones.

Local law enforcement including city, county, and state officers will be monitoring work zones where you could pay double the fines if caught speeding.

Stay alert and pay attention.
