Heads up there is a ladder recall for the 20-foot and 24-foot Multi-Max Pro Multi Purpose ladder!

Over one hundred -thousand ladders were sold at Home Depot November 2021 through February 2024, are now being recalled  due to several injuries from falls.

It seems the ladders’ locking mechanism can jam and not fully lock into place.

The ladders are silver and have a blue top and a blue label on the side containing the word “Werner” next to the word “MULTI MAX PRO” along with the size. The label also includes the ladders’ model number, which is either ALMP-20IAA or ALMP-24IAA.

Consumers are advised to stop using them immediately. Register online to receive information on how to dispose of the ladders and get a full refund.
