Be aware that the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) is implementing new rules on what  passengers can pack in their luggage.

The TSA says the new rules will impact several items.

You will no longer be able to take cordless hairstyling tools, such as dryers, straighteners, and curling irons. Those items may contain lithium ion batteries, lithium metal, butane or gas fuel, and could potentially be turned on in cargo areas and start a fire.

Hairstyling items with cords, those will be allowed.
