Ozark Technical Community college will soon  start two new building projects to help a struggling workforce in Plumbing and in Healthcare.

Both Healthcare and Plumbing jobs are understaffed and there is a desperate need to fulfill these positions statewide/nationwide.

Why is there a workforce shortage? It’s evolved from computer technology jobs,  high school kids were informed that only computer jobs would be where their future lies.
