Year-round drop off locations for safe and easy disposal of old medications can now be found in two counties south of Springfield.

 The Taney and Stone County Health Departments have offered 24/7 drop boxes for unused medication at several locations. This preventative drop-off box will ensure that medication doesn’t get into the wrong hands.

The drop-off boxes are  FREE to use and are located at:

• Branson Police Department
• Hollister Police Department
• Rockaway Beach Police Department
• Kimberling City Police Department
• Stone County Sheriff’s Department in Galena
• Taney County Sheriff’s Department in Forsyth
• Cox Health Pharmacy at the Cox Branson Outpatient Center
• CVS Pharmacy on Lloyd Street in Branson
• Walmart Supercenter Pharmacy in Branson West
