December 31, 2024 is approaching fast and that is when your personal property and real estate taxes are due.

Personal property taxes include items such as motorcycles, boats, farm machinery, vehicles, and even farm livestock. You will only be taxed on those items that you owed on January 1, 2024.

Real Estate taxes will be on your home, or homes, acreage,  apartment or townhouses that you own.

You may pay your taxes several different ways, online at the collectors website, pay by phone, mail in, or pay in person at the Greene County Courthouse.

Payments need to be postmarked by December 31, to avoid a  penalty and an interest charge.
