The first day-of-school gets underway next week for kiddos in SW Mo.

Posting your child’s first-day-of-school picture on social media sounds like fun, but could be dangerous for your child.

Cybercriminals could get their information.

If posting, here are some  “Do’s and Don’ts” that you should adhere to.

1.Keep the schools name and personal age of child off the social media site

2. Don’t share teacher information

3. Hide school logo’s or mascots on the posting.

4. Don’t use hashtags when posting online photos.
