If you have storm debris accumulation from the severe weather this spring, it looks like you will have to wait a little longer before the city picks it up.

Initially the first round of the pick up processes was to begin on Monday August 11, however the city now says the process won’t begin until September 11th.

Branches, limbs and storm debris can be stored curbside until the city pickup.

Officials have not released a pick up date for other Zones in the Springfield metro as of yet.

No word was given for the delay.
