Summer Hatchery Tours (Branson): Cool off and tour the Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery daily from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM through September.

Virtual Native Darter ID (July 9): Did you know Missouri has over 40 species of these tiny native fish? Learn how to spot them online at 2:30 PM.

DIY Wilderness Cordage Class (July 11): Head to the Springfield Conservation Nature Center from 10:00 AM to noon to learn how to weave your own functional rope from natural plant fibers.

Life Underground Library Series (July 14 & 15): Bring the kids to the Southwest City Library (July 14) or Pineville Library (July 15) from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM to discover the secret lives of badgers, moles, and snakes.

Fishing with Catalpa Worms (July 16): Discover why local anglers call this bait their absolute favorite. Class runs from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the El Dorado Springs MDC office.
