Cars and trucks with Christmas lights are awesome in parades and special events. However, local law enforcement are not too keen to have them on the roadway for everyday use.

Magnetic decorations, garlands, and window decals are fine. Christmas lights turned on, on your vehicle, is a big no-no.

You can only light up your vehicle if you get permission for a parade or the car sits on private property.

If you are planning on decorating your vehicle pick items that don’t block your view, hamper your vehicle’s operation, or create hazards for other drivers.
