If anyone knows how to do Halloween right, it’s the folks in Rountree. This neighborhood transforms into a haunted playground every year with a full-blown parade to kick things off. Hundreds of costumed kiddos (and their parents!) march along Pickwick, and the whole neighborhood gets in on the spooky action. Southern Hills Spooktacular Halloween Party

Rountree isn’t the only place where Halloween is bumpin, Southern Hills has thrown its hat in the ring with a fantastic Halloween bash of its own. Trunk-or-Treat in Downtown Ozark
When: October 31, 5:30–8 p.m.
Where: Ozark Square, 100 W. Church St., Ozark
Head to downtown Ozark for a charming trunk-or-treat event right on the square. Local businesses and organizations will line the streets with their tricked-out trunks, handing out candy and goodies from 5:30 to 8 p.m. It’s a safe, fun option for the kiddos and a great way to get into the Halloween spirit.
Community Trunk-or-Treat at Webster County Fairgrounds
When: October 31, 6–8 p.m.
Where: Webster County Fairgrounds, 429 Garst Drive, Marshfield
The Webster County churches are teaming up for a heartwarming (and candy-filled) night at the fairgrounds. From 6 to 8 p.m., enjoy trunk-or-treating with your little monsters, all while supporting the local WheelFed Food Distribution Program. It’s a sweet event that gives back to the community!
Trunk-or-Treat at Wheeler Heart and Vascular Center

Get ready for a double feature! Grant Beach Park is hosting a trunk-or-treat event from 5 to 6 p.m., but the fun doesn’t stop there.
