HUGE Library Book Sale!

Two times a year the "Friends of the Library" hosts a HUGE book sale at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in the E-Plex. The "Spring" sale is underway now and runs thru the weekend. You will be able to buy paperback, hardbacks, DVD's and more at substantial savings. These gentle read books and items will be discounted each day. Hours are 10 am- 8 pm.


Farmer's Markets Are Open!

Blood Pressure Meds Recall!

Heads up Pfizer is recalling several lots of Accupril (QuinaprilHCI) tablets. Testing recently, showed  elevated levels of nitrosamine.  Nitrosamine is common in grilled meats, dairy and veggies and even water but could cause cancer if exposed to much. This is a voluntary recall from Pfizer and there have been no reports of discrepancies for those who have taken the meds.
