Move to Halloween tunes for a fun night that you are sure to sweat, smile and leave encouraged. Dress up for this fun themed event. All ages and fitness levels welcome. There is a $10 Entry Fee or whatever you would like to bless this beautiful life changing ministry they are supporting.
All the money that is raised for this event will be going to a local ministry called Oasis. It is a refuge for girls who are survivors of sex trafficking to find hope, restoration, and dignity. Here is a link to the page to learn more about this amazing ministry

Experience one of your favorite Parks at night on this spooky Halloween Hike! Park Board guides will share some spooky stories and local legends while you enjoy the sights and sounds of Lost Hills Park at night. 🥾🍂🎒🏕️ Join the Springfield-Green County Park Board for a Fall Backpacking Trip! Backpack and camp a gorgeous section of the Ozark Trail, spanning two State Parks. This overnight trip starts by hiking from Taum Sauk State Park to the 132-foot waterfall at Mina Sauk Falls, through Devil’s Tollgate rock formation, ending at Johnson’s Shut-Ins State Park. This is a strenuous-level overnight backpacking trip, covering 13 miles in two days, so physical fitness is a must. Transportation provided. Major gear available for rent. Suggested gear lists and meal planning help is available. Register by Oct. 21.

MaMa’s 19 Year Celebration

MaMa’s turning 19! They are so thankful to all the loyal supporters who’ve grown with them over the years!
To celebrate, today they are giving back to the community by raising funds for Eden Village. With your help they plan on raising funds to build a house for the homeless.
Mama Jean’s will kick off this new goal by having a raffle for some exciting prizes! Come eat, drink, and enjoy live music as they celebrate 19 years and counting with local vendors. This is a FREE, outdoor event so come prepared to have fun. Rain or shine They will be in the front parking lot of the Republic Road location handing out loads of samples.
Enjoy live music from Dallas Jones and Jimmy Rea while tasting delicious local brews. They can’t wait to see you there!

Story Time: Halloween Makeover Take Over!

October story time events are now in session, and this time they will be spooky and sparkly! ​You’re invited to weekly story time and a meet and greet featuring a limited edition Halloween cookie dough flavor and character themed makeovers! The haunted festivities will be taking place at NoBaked Cookie Dough every Saturday morning 10a.m.-11:15a.m. hosted by a new spooky or sparkly character each week!
Tickets are $20 for little Ghouls and Goblins, and their accompanying “Mummies” and Daddies get in free! Your ticket includes a personal meet and greet and photo opportunities with the characters, a story time, vocal performance, makeovers and dance party. Frightfully delicious cookie dough will also be available for purchase!
