The BCFO Is Hosting Free Bra's For Breast Cancer Survivors!
This Saturday, August 27 the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks (BCFO) will be hosting a "Free Shopping Day" where free bra's will be given away. The BCFO will host the "Shopping Day" at the Hilton Garden Inn on 4155 S Nature Center Way. Free bras will be given to those who have survived breast cancer. Earning Potential For Black Walnuts Could Be Less This Year!
The lack of rain in the Ozarks could really influence the black walnut crop in the Ozarks this year. What little water we did get this summer was used to sustain the black walnut trees instead of using it for walnut growth. This in turn will impact the size and amount of black walnuts produced. It's Move In Weekend At Area Colleges and Universities!
Watch for traffic snarls at Grand and National, Glenstone near Pythian, and Central street as more traffic than usual will have some car and truck tangles starting today and lasting thru the weekend. GM Issues SUV Recall!
If you drive a Chevrolet Suburban, Tahoe, Cadillac Escalade, or GMC Yukon from the years 2021 and 2022, your SUV is under a recall!
