Heads up the Consumer Product Safety Commission reports that the Gevi Household Countertop Nugget Ice Maker has been recalled. The metal blades can break off the grinding auger and end up in the ice.

So far over 250 reports have been filed against the ice Maker.

If you bought the Gevi Household Countertop Nugget Ice Maker from Amazon, from January through July of last year, (2022) and has a model number GIMN-1102 and a date code before June 1, 2022, it is in the recall.  (You can find the date and info on the back of your unit)

Amazon sold these from January through July of 2022. You can find the date on the back of your unit.
