The Greene County Assessors Office has mailed out real estate value change notices for 2023.

The letter states you will owe an increase in your property taxes due to property value changes. Those changes happen every two years in Missouri.

The deadline is June 20, 2023 for assessment appeals. 

There are a couple of different ways to appeal. You may call the  Assessors office or you can go online and hit the green button for online appeals. GO HERE   the appeal deadline is tomorrow, June 20, 2023

The Greene County Assessor’s Office says senior citizens may qualify for a tax credit and can email propertytaxcredit@dor.mo.gov.
