Get ready for the sounds of firecrackers and bottle rockets!

Starting today, June 20,  firework permit holders can legally sell to the public from now until July 10.

The fireworks tents that have popped up like dandelions, will now how their flaps raised and  the selling is underway.

The  Missouri Department of Public Safety’s website,  also mentions that fireworks can be sold with a permit from  December. 20 to January. 2 of the next year.

Keep in mind, you care not allowed to show any fireworks in the city limits of Springfield!
