Hot weather means pools stay open late!

The Head Advisory for southwest Missouri has prompted the Springfield Greene County pools to stay open late so you can cool off!  Today and Friday you can swim until 8 pm at the following pools in Springfield:

Thursday July 27– Silver Springs Pool 1100 N. Hampton Avenue

Friday July 28 Westport Pool 3100 W. Mt. Vernon St. 

Admission is $4.00 for youth/seniors and $5.00 for Adults from 1 pm- 5:30 pm.  Admission will drop to $1.00 after 5:30 pm  or you can give a canned food donation to gain free entry. You can swim either day until 8 pm.

Food donations will be given to the Ozark Food Harvest.
