“Boo At The Bin!”  The environmental services of the city of Springfield will be out at the Lone Pine Recycling Center today, located at 3020 S. Lone Pine Avenue. Weather permitting, Service crews will be out  from 5-7 pm to teach kids about recycling

Kids are invited to wear their costumes while they learn about all the different ways on how to, and what, can be recycled!

Questions will be answered by authorities in a fun learning way. The purpose of the event is to keep recyclable items out of the landfill.
