The Missouri Department of Conservation wants your smelly, invasive Bradford pear trees!

Bradford pear trees, though pretty in spring, are not a hearty tree. The trees are weak. The Bradford pear tree will actually break or split in storms, they multiply quickly and overwhelm native plants.

In order to participate in the Missouri Department of Conservation buy back program, you need to register online for the event and upload a picture of a cut-down Bradford pear tree.  Register HERE

You may pick up your new tree at the buy-back event which is April 23 from 3-6 pm at different locations throughout the state.
