Oacac is now offering online applications that can be filled out fast.  This opportunity is available in ten counties in southwest Missouri.

Once you qualify, search for your rental property and then get it approved by the U.S. Housing and Urban Development Department. Once approved,  your rent can be subsidized with the help of Oacac.
