There are four “hot spots” in the Springfield metro that are watched heavily by the Springfield P.D.

The four intersections are found not only to have numerous crashes, but also crime has been on the increase at these locations:

Glenstone and Sunshine

Sunshine and Kansas Expressway

Kansas Expressway and Kearney

Kearney and Glenstone

Police presence will be seen when available and will be monitored heavily.
