Missouri Department of Transportation has released the timeline for the replacement of the Sunshine Street bridge!

Starting this spring, work on the bridge replacement over the railroad tracks near Scenic avenue will get underway.

Modot crews anticipate up to 4 months before completion.

Drivers will be encourage to use Chestnut Expressway, James River Freeway, Kansas Expressway and on Highway 160 once Sunshine street will be closed east of Scenic.
