If you are taking down your “live” tree a reminder that the tree can not be thrown away in your trash. Your trashman will not take it. Instead drop it off at Bass Pro as they have partnered with the Ozark Trails Council Boy Scouts.  For a small donation, the Scouts will take your tree, and that ree will then be dropped off into area lakes for a fish habitat.

Before you donate that tree, make sure all the trees have been stripped of lights, tinsel, and ornaments.

The Boy Scouts have set up across the street from the main entrance of Bass Pro on South Campbell, from Noon to 6 pm.
